Electric parasol MHL

The VELUX parasol is very easy to use. Simply open the window, turn it 180 degrees and attach the blind to the two hooks on the outside at the bottom of the sash. The blind can be installed from the inside and the window can be opened and closed even when the blind is down.

The electrically controlled sunshade is operated via an automated VELUX control panel with touchscreen, which comes with a VELUX remote control sunroof as well as the sunshade (one panel can control several devices). An intuitive solution that allows you to easily adjust your blinds remotely. The VELUX control panel has a whole range of pre-saved programmes for everyday comfort and to improve the indoor climate. You can adjust the blind from anywhere in your room and use all the functions of the pre-set modes, such as the ability to program the blind to raise and lower at certain times. The electrically controlled parasol must be connected to the mains.

If necessary, the blind can also be raised and lowered manually using the handle on the bottom of the blind.

What if I don't have a mains-powered VELUX sunroof?

If you don't have a power-operated VELUX sunroof but would prefer a power-operated parasol, try the KUX 100 control system. It allows you to use power-operated VELUX blinds or shutters together with hand-operated sunroofs. Or try the KMX 100 control system and turn your fully manually operated sunroof into an automated window. The KMX 100 control system will give you the ability to manage multiple electrical products.

Both control systems include a VELUX remote control that makes the blind or shutter compatible with io-homecontrol®. The KMX 100 control system also includes a rain sensor.

The solar-controlled parasols are controlled via the remote control supplied with them. If you have a solar-powered skylight, you can also use it together with the VELUX automated control panel with touchscreen supplied with your VELUX skylight.
