Polyester Standard - coated sheets are the most popular metal roof option. Currently, sheets are used which are galvanised on both sides with an anti-corrosion layer, coated with primer or organic paint. The top layer provides colour and texture as well as weather protection.

Polyester Standard - coated sheets are the most popular metal roof option. Currently, sheets are used which are galvanised on both sides with an anti-corrosion layer, coated with primer or organic paint. The top layer provides colour and texture as well as protection against outdoor conditions.

R-MAT coated steel sheet is characterised by high scratch resistance and UV stability. The varnish used is a combination of a thick primer and a super-polyester topcoat with the addition of ceramic and acrylic granules. This guarantees very good resistance to external weather conditions.

Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra® It uses a proven Galvalloy metal layer, used exclusively by TATA Steel, which is an alloy of 95% zinc with 5% aluminium, guaranteeing unparalleled corrosion protection. The organic layer thickness of Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is 200 µm. Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® can be used in the highest corrosion category C5 according to EN ISO 12944-2. In addition, when the layer is made of Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®, the external fire resistance is classified as roof B (t1), roof B (t2), roof B (t3) and the reaction to fire as C-s2, d0 according to the Commission Decision.

and can be used for corrosion protection according to EN ISO 12944-2

SUPERIOR HB is an innovative alternative to smooth polyester surfaces. Thanks to the addition of acrylic compounds, the texture of the coating is slightly grainy and reflects light with an icing effect. The addition of acrylic further hardens the paint surface and provides greater scratch resistance. SUPERIOR HB metallic coated material complies with the requirements of Class A1 according to Commission Decision 96/603/EC on fire protection. Products with SUPERIOR HB coating system can be used in corrosion category C4 according to EN ISO 12944-2.

Wrinkle Mat Plus - a granular, two-layer coating system with a layer thickness of min. 50 microns.
