R-MAT coated steel sheet is characterised by high scratch resistance and UV stability. The varnish used is a combination of a thick primer and a super-polyester topcoat with the addition of ceramic and acrylic granules. This guarantees very good resistance to external weather conditions.

SUPERIOR HB is an innovative alternative to smooth polyester surfaces. Thanks to the addition of acrylic compounds, the texture of the coating is slightly grainy and reflects light with an icing effect. The addition of acrylic further hardens the paint surface and provides greater scratch resistance. SUPERIOR HB metallic coated material complies with the requirements of Class A1 according to Commission Decision 96/603/EC on fire protection. Products with SUPERIOR HB coating system can be used in corrosion category C4 according to EN ISO 12944-2.
