If you want to pick up your order in store, we will have it ready for you within the time agreed with our sales manager. To collect your order, you will need to visit the Produs store and show your order number and proof of identity. Our shop address and opening hours are listed on our website. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to let you know that you can collect it in store.
